I discovered my love for grilling in my twenties. What began as something therapeutic quickly grew into a true passion. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of cooking for families, birthdays, celebrations, and corporate events—each experience shaping the chef I am today.

This year, my fiancée and I launched Catering by Velour Black to take that passion to the next level. Together, we’re committed to delivering exceptional cuisine with a touch of luxury, ensuring elegance on every plate.
